I let Aaron do the recruiting. I've been trying to get the forum running by writing rules (though they still need some changing since tehy don't sound the way I want them to now), setting chatbox, setting a point system and seing what else I could change here and what we need here.

Up till now you only get 1 point per post and 3 points per thread you set. Aaron set the reputation and from what I understood everyone can give reputation points by clicking the merci button (3points I think per click).
